Sidmouth Esplanade and Promenade
At its meeting on 9 June 2008 the East Devon District Council Licensing & Enforcement Committee resolved to re-designate the Esplanade and Promenade, Sidmouth as a consent street for street trading under the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982. The re-designation will take effect from 14 July 2008 and will permit a maximum of 50 consents at one time on the roadside of the Esplanade.
